Far Cry 2 - Garamond's mod
Full VersionSimple mod that solves some technical issues and rearranges weapons.
Changes
General:
- Remove mouse speed clamp.
- Change mouse sensitivity multiplier from default 0.8 to 0.1.
- Eliminate one-frame latency.
- Reduce popping of visuals (requires Geometry Ultra High).
- Fix many issues with shadows (requires Shadow Ultra High).
Weapons:
- Make Machete stealth possible.
- Make Flare Gun a gadget (double tap machete key to select).
- Make PKM primary.
- Make M249 primary.
- Make Dart Rifle secondary.
- Make M1903 special.
- Make Dragunov special.
- Make AS50 special.
- Make MGL140 special.
Installation
Unpack and copy paste patch.dat and patch.fat into "game folder\Data_Win32".
Don't forget to make backup of the original patch.dat and patch.fat files.
Tested on GOG version.
