In FaceOff Paintball you can use your head movements to duck in and out of cover, whilst you pick off the other paintballers. It features a head-driven handy-cam effect to make you feel more immersed in the game and an online leaderboard that updates in-game as you play. The tracking works using a conventional web camera, so there's no need to go and buy any specialised equipment. FaceOff Paintball can be freely downloaded today from: torbensko.com/faceoff

There is nowhere on the game.. Which I can't believe they actually left out.. to change your webcam source. I have this program called Webcam Max on my computer that somehow set itself as the default input. Windows does not have a webcam primary source option built into the OS. It is up to the software.. which in this case does not allow you to change source.

I've done so much trying to fix this, nothing works. I've come down to the point where this is my last option to post in a forum and complain. There should be a source option.. I'm probably not the only one who had this problem.

Sorry for not replying to this earlier. FaceOff uses the stripped down version of the faceAPI, which automatically uses the first camera it finds. If I was to further develop this system beyond the PhD, I would definitely look at incorporating their camera selection stuff into it. As it is, I think the best way to get it to work would be to go into the Device Manager and disable all but the camera you wish to use.
