In FaceOff Paintball you can use your head movements to duck in and out of cover, whilst you pick off the other paintballers. It features a head-driven handy-cam effect to make you feel more immersed in the game and an online leaderboard that updates in-game as you play. The tracking works using a conventional web camera, so there's no need to go and buy any specialised equipment. FaceOff Paintball can be freely downloaded today from: torbensko.com/faceoff

Torbensko, you said in the Gameinfo text file for FaceOff that the maps in Portal worked, but you couldn't do anything. Well I have a suggestion; Just make a version of FaceOff that is a Portal Mod. Problem solved. Everything will work fine. Also, PLEASE fix the glitches with the Half-Life 2 Levels (improperly named chapters, characters not speaking, etc). |

To make this work with Portal, I would need the Portal source code. For obvious commercial reasons, Valve do not make that code available, so there's no way to have this stuff work with that title. For a similar reason, I cannot fix the Half-Life 2 level glitches. The Half-Life 2 engine is not the same as the general Source SDK engine. Without access to actual Half-Life 2 source code (which once again, ain't gonna happen) I cannot fix these issue (short of making my own version of their engine). I do agree with you though, it would be cool |
