In FaceOff Paintball you can use your head movements to duck in and out of cover, whilst you pick off the other paintballers. It features a head-driven handy-cam effect to make you feel more immersed in the game and an online leaderboard that updates in-game as you play. The tracking works using a conventional web camera, so there's no need to go and buy any specialised equipment. FaceOff Paintball can be freely downloaded today from: torbensko.com/faceoff

Controller Support? (Games : Half-Life 2 : Mods : FaceOff Paintball : Forum : Bugs and suggestions : Controller Support?) Locked

I was wondering if maybe there would be a way to make this game support Xbox 360 Controllers and PS3 Controllers.

Advantages of using Controllers: Comfortable, Analogue Sticks, Analogue Triggers, Vibrations (on some), and Sixaxis Motion Control (only on PS3 Controllers). What good would Sixaxis do? For one thing, you would be able to use the Headtracking techniques without a WebCam (maybe not with Windowing or the Handy-Cam, but definately with Zooming and Leaning).

And finally, some controllers have little fans built-in, great if your hands start getting hot. And some are even Turbo-Controllers.

Anyway, the point behind this suggestion is so that the game will be a little bit more accessable for those who are used to different control methods.
