Taken from official mod website. Download it ant extract it too your quake3 directory (before doing that remove any previous versions, but keep safe your configs). Enjoy it.

Side note:

You cannot connect with v2.2 or v2.2a (if still have those) to 2.2b Server,
but you can use older versions (like v2.1 or v1.03) to connect.
