Europe at War is a historical mod for Company of Heroes that adds new battlefronts with new commander trees, abilities, units, vehicles and weapons for each, representing in the best way, as far as possible, historical accuracy, to immerse players in a much more realistic gaming experience. Situated on a Western theatre from the warm sands of north africa, italian battlefields, beaches of Normandy, Dutch Tulip fields, ardennes forests and defensive lines of the Rhine in germany.

we call "combat medics" to who heal the wounded during the battle...
He was making a joke about the fact that the name of Combat Medics is a Oxymoron, As medics do not partake in combat.
"Traditionally, medical personnel did not carry weapons and wore a distinguishing red cross, to denote their protection as noncombatants under the Geneva Convention. This practice continued into World War II." yeah, they pretty much don't fight the enemy.
"These Combat Medics have been trained in over 20 deadly martial arts with extra focus on destroying enemy armor. In battle, Combat Medics will combine their knowledge of steel-crushing punches and iron-denting kicks to inflict serious damage against tanks and to utterly destroy light vehicles.
Unfortunately, their extremely specialized training means that their fists are not as effective against human flesh as they are against armor and thus, they will not engage enemy infantry in hand-to-hand combat."
This is why I give them MP40s from the supply truck.
