ETC1 Source Code
Nov 10, 2008 Source Code 0 commentsThese are the source maps for ETC1, which were kindly released by Dave J.
ETC2 is a single player mod set in the Half Life universe. The mod begins with Gordon being trapped and needing to escape from an "Earthquake Test Centre" ("E.T.C."). Everything of course goes to hell, resulting in Gordon needing to take on Vortigaunts, Gargantuas, Zombies and Soldiers!
I didn't this mod myself, it was made by DaveJ (creator of DE_DUST2). Seeing as the mod lacked a moddb entry, I saw fit to add one myself =] Be sure to visit the official page of the mod here Johnsto.co.uk
Special thanks to Diamond for providing extra media for this!

I've had people asking "where is ETC1?" so I decided to upload it here, rather than create a separate MODDB listing for it. ETC1 is sort of a "chapter...
DaveJ released the source files for ETC2, so that mappers could modify the game. What are you guys waiting for? Port the maps to the Source engine! :D
This is the full install of ETC2. Just run the EXE program to install it!

Hey guys, I've posted up ETC1 on this page for those who want to download it. It isn't as good as ETC2, but is a fun distraction for anyone whose curious to play it :)
does it work 4 steam ,cuse i instaled and all that jazz and it's not in my game menu plz help me
It should work for Steam. Make sure you instal it this directory C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\YOUREMAILADD\half-life (obviously replace "youremailadd" with your own email address :P )
One of the best mods concerning the Black Mesa incident. I love it!
So the models of the guns seen in the screenshots do not come with the mod?
No, but you can get them in Diamond's model pack which you can get here Moddb.com
;)
I remember playing this a while back. It was good.
o hai Saxon :P
Personally I haven't played many Half-Life veteran modifications (i.e. pre 1998 to 2002), I guess this can be a good start.
I hope my HL pack will work with it lol
This is a good mod to check out ;)
Your models should work since this mod doesn't use any custom models. In fact if you could get some screenshots of the mod using your models, it would look hella better on the media page here XD
NICE! keep up the goodwork!
