Tournament Edition has been postponed due to various issues. It will be released later this year with additional artwork, maps and extras that were not included in the original planned release.
War on a frightening new scale...
Epic Generals brings you fast paced gameplay, where the commander does not command mere tanks and infantry - he commands tank divisions and entire squads.
The Epic Generals mod hopes to bring various new strategies into a game where there may be many hundereds of troops pouring from each side.
Epic Generals will be a heavy conversion of the original Generals title.
There are currently no planned new units (graphically speaking), however in the future there may be a few included.

It's been over a year since the final version of 'Epic Generals' was released. However, fans of the mod will be glad to know that a new version is scheduled to be released. Version 1.5, otherwise known as 'Tournament Edition' will air on October 1st 2006.
Tournament Edition is a considerable re-write of the original Epic Generals - although it retains the same basic gameplay ideals. Designed with online play in mind (specifically player versus player), every single squad and unit has been recrafted.
Players will now find that they're always going to need the right tool for the job; if you want to take down those powerplants before the super weapon can fire, then you're going to need something that can quickly destroy those buildings. Likewise, those tanks are almost impervious to small arms, so it's time to get some heavier weapons into the action...
Additionally, all of the unit weapons and other miscellaneous graphics have been given an overhaul, designed with online efficiency in mind and the intention of reducing the likelihood of synchronisation errors from occuring.
Fans who have been eagerly expecting Epic: Zero Hour will also be pleased to know that the mod will be released in the not-too-distant future, although no date can be as yet confirmed. Epic: Zero Hour will follow the same strictures and game structure as Tournament Edition.

Do you think that there's anyway to do this trick in RA3?
ow sounds sick :D
thx for this mod dude great idea :)
donnumero you have to reinstall generals. ive had that happen to me a few times, and i found that uninstalling and reinstalling it works. if that doesnt work, then i dont know what else to do :p
when i run generals i cant see my cursor!?!?!?
how can I fix this?
have you got the mouse contrails on in your control panal?
if you have try turning off the contrails
To fix that you need to find the data folder in your generals folder if you cant see it youre dead, lol jk.
Reinstall.
This sounds unusual. I would suggest reinstalling the game, deleting the original folders, patching back up and reinstalling the mod.
when i start the game, there comes something of technical difficulties
what to do ?
Hi Z-wan. Make sure you have the correct patch version to match the mod, and ensure that if you have had any other mods installed, that they are completely gone before installation. A reinstall of the game, and then deleting the entire folder may help this.
