Terminology:
Fighter: A snubfighter dedicated to attacking other snubfighters.
Bomber: A snubfighter dedicated to attacking starships.
Starfighter: A snubfighter capable of attackign both snubfighters and starships.
Today I finished rigging the TIE fighters. I'm very happy with them.

I took some liberties on its design, since I thought the original looked a little strange. I like it better this way :)

Any plans to give rebel fighters their full arsenal? Cannon wise the x-wing has torpedoes and the a-wing has concussion missiles. Do you plan on keeping those strictly air superiority or making them more multi-role? Do you have any plans for the alliance fighters? I'd be interested in seeing x-wings be more of an elite fighter squad like defenders and maybe seeing z-95s or some other older ship become the basic alliance fighters.
Since I want to keep all units unique, and fighter-based torpedoes/missiles can't target snubfighters, giving the x wing torpedoes would make it too similar to the Y-wing, and the A-wing would be a starfighter capable of attacking large starships instead of an interceptor. None of these are changes I want, so I'll keep the X and A wing without their additional weapons.
