Curious why the Venator is an alliance unit, was it for balancing purposes? Truth be told it would make more sense to have that as an underworld unit, or hell make it purchaseable on certain worlds like the CIS units.
Why wouldn't the Alliance have a Venator or two though? I agree with you, they should probs be limited in construction to certain planets, but I don't see why, if pirates could get their hands on them that the Alliance couldn't. I mean both factions clearly deal with the same arms dealers.
Well, having it as a neutral unit would make the most sense. Maybe have the Imperials get to build it universally and the rebels/underworld get the old republic paint job with some upgrade to the standard version the imperials have. After all, the official description does say it's "refurbished"
