Info: NPCs identical Exoskeletons; Max has the special Vla Mono 15; Duties the Thunder, and 1 or 2 normal VLA. The Vla Mono 15 is more powerful than Thunder, but has 15 bullets, Thunder 20. Same bullets type. To finish, the Bulldog, comparate to default, has less hit power. And Elite NPCs are as minimum 2 (3, ...) times more hard than default.
