Instant Kill Bonus:

Killing a zombie can sometimes reward you with a dropped pickup item. There are several different ones ingame. This specific item (InstaKill Bonus) gives one shot kills to ALL players from any weapon for a specified time period.

Players are alerted when someone picks the item up through sounds ingame and a Timed-Counter onscreen
