Description
The Carrack class has long been a staple of the Imperial navy as a patrol and quick response craft. Armed with 8 laser cannons, the Carrack is more than capable of handling any enemy fighters or bombers with easy. In groups of three or four, the combined fire power is enough to take on even some of the heavier frigates.
Unlike most patrol craft, the Carrack can transfer most of its reactor power to its weapons. This give it a greatly increased rate of fire and damage, but loses shields and manuevrability in exchange.
