ESF is a fast paced, 3rd person fighter based on the hit anime, Dragonball Z. Select your favorite character and fly, power up, transform, melee, and beam your enemies into pulp. Each character is given signature moves and abilities to compliment different style of play. Some are stronger in hand to hand combat, others are better with energy attacks. Play in three different game modes, deathmatch, team deathmatch, and capture the dragonballs. There is a learning curve so newbies beware. This is not your normal Half-life mod.

why don't use just please bring out a demo of the game or something like you can only play with goku or vegeta like you can fly around and stuff bomb thing's you know just a demo while use bring out the full game esf final demo not esf 123 or some **** any way nice effect good game keep it up
Because if we had the game set up for a demo, we would have it set up for a full release.
A demo in this case would be another buggy open beta that people would be able to complain about.
i dont care if it will turn out buggy its worth it for the graphics in this esf final game i would be happy to play it please just bring a demo untill you guy's finish the full game thats gonna take years just bring out a little demo of esf final

The video is there to show what changes were made to the melee system. Because its a totally different system that the previous version used.
And while i do have a MSN account i have not used it in 3 years or so.
I am part of the dev team, but my position is testing, not really creating.
And finally there is a difference between playing the final and testing the final. While testing can be fun at times, more likely than not youll be stuck doing 1 action over and over for hours trying to recreate a bug, or youll be spending hours on going though past revisions to see when the bug first appeared.
Now the game is playable to a certan degree. But its not competitively playable. So youll just have to wait like everyone else.
This one is a personal opinion:
Graphics are not everything. 1.2.3 is a pretty fun game once you actually learn how to play it. Heck some of the best games ive seen are in 2D. Todays over the top graphics serve only 1 function in my eyes. Averting developement time from gameplay, and we have games riddled with terrible gameplay.
man i fell sorry for the people that waited 4 year's and more because there's no release date and know one knoe's when's it's going to be released use might just wait even more year's who know's maybe another 5 year's so why won't they bring out a esf final beta or esf final demo or something ya know

Dont have the skills to help? You can still learn stuff using tutorials from the web. If you really want an earlier release date thats the best way to get it.

You dont seem to understand demos. Demos are in a fully working condition. The Final is not. We are dealing with all kinds of weird stuff that we do not show in screenshots or movies. As for the open beta. We tried that. It backfired and exploded into our face. Do you really think we want another fiasco like that?
If people didnt get the Open Beta part the first time, what makes you think they will get it when they play a game with terrible performance because there are a shitload of debug prints and commands in it. The game throws out about 20 console lines every couple of seconds.
Basically the answer to the "why" is the Open Beta releases. We made those as a direct copy of the internal developement version in hopes of people giving us a hand with bug tracking. What we got were people raging about how buggy it was and some were even down right insulting.
nah nah nah first of all esf 1.3 was good people just did.'t know now to fix it like when i downloaded it and when i started it it keeped on getting out with a message was error or something it was easy as to fix that people are just to dam lazy when you play esf 1.3 you have to start a dedicated server online and then you can play with bot's with no crash and bug's and to me it didn't back fire so no dont say that man just bring esf final beta the bug'y one then when use are finished with the beta then use bring out a full release ok noob dont tell me how it go's around here i know more then you
