Crysis Alpha mod with enhanced graphics

This mod is being made as a sequel to the popular podcast novel. (www.podiobooks.com has it and it is available in print from Amazon)
The Crysis engine seems to be the best one for what I want but the engine in use may change before any engine specific content is created.
In this mod, the company Earthcore fund a unit to go down to Mount Fitzroy and secure the second known dense mass of Platinum. They are also supposed to capture some Rocktopi alive if possible for research
The mod will be released in episodes to make it easier on the mod team and so it will be closer to how Earthcore was released. Multiplayer is not currently being created but it is a possibility in the future.
Features:
-An engaging story released in episodes
-Modern guns realisticly reproduced and used to splatter the enemy all over the walls, ceiling and anything else nearby
-Every model and level is going to go through a proccess to ensure closeness to the author's and fan's vision
-Inventory control and light will be main things n the game.
I have confirmed with the author of Earthcore that I am able to produce this mod and he is enthusiastic about it

I have ressurected the mod. The website now links of the the public access wiki. I managed to lose everything I have done before (apart from the real life stuff I had on papaer) so I am starting from near-scratch. I am rewriting the story and am focusing on getting the game design document done first. If you would like to help out with the mod (I do not care how much or how little skill you have in aything) then join the wiki. There is a page there for people to add their names and what they would like to do. I am working on securing webspace for a website that will have some forums but that will happen when I get money.
