Adds Icelandic culture to the vanilla game. Will split from Norse like the other North Germanic cultures in The Old Gods scenario. Adds de jure Kingdom of Iceland, split from de jure Norway. Also adds titular North Sea Empire, available if you hold three kingdoms where at least one is in Scandinavia and another in Britain.
