Dogfight is a multiplayer mod for half life 2. Currently developed by one man, Ztormi.

In dogfight you can choose between the most famous airplanes of world war one and play as an ace against other players.

All airplanes have different properties and act differently.

Airplanes have 3 properties:
Agility
Durability
Speed
Every airplane also has it's own primary machinegun.
Choose the airplane which suits you best and select your preferred paint on it.

While the mod doesn't aim to be completely realistic the airplanes are being recreated with accuracy and quality.
Dogfight aims to be fun and hooking mod.

Dogfight Soundtrack

Good evening moddb community.

Decided to include fmod ( thanks for making it easy £cho ) to Dogfight to make the music controlling easier. Started my great search of the orchestral tracks for ingame music and managed to find some marvelous contributors. Wanted to add soundtracks with different themes but fitting the theme of aerial combat.

First track is Over the hill by Riku Tuominen aka Galantine. He has experience from many years in one man composing for different projects, movies and games. This track has just awesome atmosphere and you certainly can imagine yourself flying above beautiful landscape.

Next track is by Tapsa Kuusniemi. He has experience with motion pictures and composing inspired by different film tracks. The track is The Final flight of the luftwaffe. Why I love this song is cause it's long and has a lot of different emotions in it. The theme varies during the song from calm to tense and is just perfect for the game like this.

Our next composer is Henri Vartio. Extremely talented musician with extremely awesome production. Two of his songs are in the game atm and I love them both.

First one is called Running Fire. This song is so epic, so heroic and god, it fits the game so perfect.

Second song by Henri is "Warmachine". Atmosphere in this song is simply amazing. I like it because of the variation from darker, tense theme to the melodic and heroic feel.
