<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 </xml> Description:

After a spate of "Marders" Scotland Yard have put together a crack team of cops to track down the notorious "Marderer".

The game takes place in a fictional rendition of 90's London England. The game world is a real life like city with people. Actors, MPs, Popstars, other AI killers, teachers and loads, loads more...

The multiplayer game starts and a one person is randomly selected as the Marderer. The rest are cops. Each round, the chosen Marderer will be given a (mark) target in the city and a style of killing the target. The Marderer must locate and acquire the resource and tools required to correctly complete the murder, any deviation will provide more clues to the other players (the cops). The Marderer may acquire the help of AI accomplices. Careful though, too many accomplices can be your downfall. The more the Marderer slips up, the closer the cops get.

Until the noose tightens and the Marderer is either captured or killed. The more successful kills our Marderer makes the higher his/her notoriety points. The more marder points you get, the more achievements you unlock. Achievements include weapons, diversions, decoys, accidents happening to AI witnesses. A Marderer may kill cops. The mark may also be a cop.

The cops can choose to work together or against each other. The more clues and successful interrogations the cops make the more points and achievements they get. Cops can be promoted based on their successes. A cop may choose to go it alone, take all the credit or even secretly kill his team mates. Careful, the more illegal kills a cop gets the dirtier he/she gets. There are also AI Cops.

The round finishes when the game time runs out, the marderer completes the kill, is caught or killed by the cops, killed in any other way or by another AI character.

Whilst the game borrows heavily from the playability and storyline features seen in the GTA series, The Marderer brings the added features of team play, or not. Tactics, ruthlessness and intelligence are needed when the gamer plays as ‘the killer'. However the same attributes may also be required from the cop or team hunting him. The Marderer is a classic game of ‘cat and mouse' brought to into the 21st century in a lifelike world.

Please tell me that you are seriously thinking about getting this published on XBLA or Retail? This idea is amazing, even though it seems difficult with the right minds and dedication it can and will be done! I loved the ship, but it was to sparatic, this seems a lot more focused and real... My hats off to you!
