A patch that addresses some of the issues present in 0.75 version
Hello Battlefield fans! After a while of only playing and no modding, I've finally got my hands to works and here's the result. It might be kind of a surprise since I've stated that I won't do any more work on the mod but well - I changed my mind :P This patch fixes a few bugs, balances some weapons and improves some features. Full changelog at the bottom of the page.
I've also added a neat installer for the patch so you just have to unpack the files and run the installer :) If you don't want to use the installer, check the included "How to Install.txt" file for installation info.
-Fixed Tunguska crash
-Fixed disappearing LAV25 and BTR90 HUD when switching to HE rounds
-Fixed AH1Z and MI28 guns, they now shoot where you point
-Fixed bug where you could rapidly fire two rounds while in tank
-Changed ASVAL textures, all-new animations, removed laser sight
-M14 and G3 nerfed
-PKM, M16, SVD, HK21, RPK74 balancing
-Saiga 12 - increased accuracy, reduced damage - should no longer 1-shot kill unless in the head, AI accuracy hopefully decreased, decreased AI range from 65 to 35
-Reduced C4 damage from 900 to 700, reduced explosion radius to 7
-Reduced Hydra 70 explosion force, decreased direct hit damage, increased explosion damage, reduced radius
-Reduced Hellfire direct damage, increased explosion damage and reduced life time
-Increased M67 grenade damage and radius, reworked deviation - you can finally kill with it
-Increased APC speed, decreased sprint factor
-Nerfed APC AP rounds a bit
-Reduced audible range and volume of tank rounds flyby sounds
-Changed some sounds for weapons: MP5, M14, Bizon, AT, TOW, FAMAS, M4, AS-VAL, silenced pistols
