Doom steals some cosmic power from a rouge Watcher, but before he can use it, his castle and labs are stormed by S.H.I.E.L.D. troopers and Nick Fury.
Driven to the underground parts of the castle Doom escapes through a magic circle, and is transported to N.Y.C. Soon the city is sealed off, and more shield troops pour in. Spider-Man, Spawn and the Punisher show up to fight.
Doom exits through the subway system, emerging at 4 Freedom Plaza home of the Fantastic Four, to face the Human Torch, the Invisible Girl, The Thing, and several security traps. Doom then uses Reed Richard's teleporter to get to the avengers mansion fighting Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor.
From there Doom goes to the X-Men mansion to fight Prof. X, Wolverene, Cyclops, and Nightcrawler. Using cerebro, Doom locates the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier and re-aquires his new armor and the cosmic power it contains.
Finishing off the last of his shield foes, Doom teleports himself to the dark side of the moon, home of The Watcher, guardian of the earth. But, instead of fighting Doom, the watcher teleports him to deep space where he encounters the Silver Surfer.
A fight ensues, but before it ends the Surfer is recalled by his master, Galactus. Doom follows him through a wormhole in space to the world ship where he fights Galactus.

Hey, I just wanted to thank EVERYONE who's downloaded my mod.
Now, I realize it's been very slow going, and just recently my computer went down, slowing progress even more, but Dr Doom is still being worked on, and updated.
Please, all you "true believers" out there. Stick with me.
This bad boy will get finished before hell freezes over.

The last word...
That's odd...It put my message onderneath jeremy's...
He always wanted to have the last word...
its like,he's not really gone....
but he is.
Well...Yes, and no. That's what I do when I give my game to friends, but I'm not sure if that would be OK for the public.
I guess I'd have to get permission from Randy to do that. But yeah, I had thought about it.
Actually, I'm not sure if it'll ever "break" again, with changes to Zdoom, but I have been chastised for using "old" language in my decorate files, whatever that means.
Oh well...That's what I get for taking over a decade to make a simple game.
I'm sorry to announce that Mr.J has passed away.
I'm going to try and complete some of his work, to the best of my ability.
Thank you, to everyone who's contributed and/or downloaded his work.
He was my friend.
Just a suggestion but I think you should include the required version of ZDoom in the download to "futureproof" your mod against this kind of thing, and also to save people having to look for it around the Net.
Thats what I did for my FirstGen WIP.
Ok...I realize the game hasn't worked for awhile now, so I've uploaded a fixed version.
HOWEVER...The "errors" that have stopped anyone from playing the game were due to changes to Zdoom, not because of problems in the game itself. From now on, I will NOT update the game every time Zdoom changes.
Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE Zdoom. If it wasn't for the tremendous amount of work Randy Heit (and others) have put into it, I'd have gotten nowhere. But,for the most part, this game is retired, and won't be updated anytime soon(ModDB..PLEASE don't archive me) So, eventually this game will only work with older versions of Zdoom.
Having said that, I WILL still respond to requests for help in playing the game. I'm not retired, but sadly DrDoomZ is. After nearly 14 years of work, I'm sick of it.
To all those watching....I am sorry...But that's about it.
Look for updates to H-L Zdoom, GOBLIN, and my newest game Haunted Mansion Zdoom.

Good stuff Mr J. I was staring to wonder if you were still "active" or not :)
Things are moving along quickly this
month. The X-men mansion, map 6, is
92% done, and looking good.
Dr DoomZ is 21MB so far, and it will
probably be about 30 MB by the time
it's finished.(not including music)
WOW! That's bigger than massmouth2! : P
