Divide and Conquer is the biggest Third Age: Total War submod. The latest release was V5 on July 23rd, 2023. DaC V5- A Kingdom Reuinted features all previous content as well as new features such as the Reunited Kingdom, faction overhauls for Dunland, Enedwaith and the Vale of the Anduin, and overhauled UIs.

i have had to click retry on part 2 like 20+ times 2 separate times and just gave up. is there a reason why? did i download something wrong?

If you are getting popups to retry during the second part then you've installed it wrong since you should only get popups during the first installer as seen in the installation video I just linked.
