The Development Project is a HL2 modification made out of manipulated Dev textures as a project for those that enjoy the simplicity of the original measuring textures created by valve scattered throughout the map but also enjoy all the effects, adventures and creativity of regular mods.
Ever since the start of the creation of this map, I have been trying my hardest to create blood decals to make the map more gruesome and fun to kill wave after wave of zombies with limited weapons of which the counter on the wall then counts the kills. Finally I found a way to make it possible after also finding a command in hammer to reload the textures after each map load making production MUCH faster.
The blood decals here are apart of a brush template then recoloured of which I am not proud in any way to say that this is in any way my work, but its a template of which I was looking into making myself but as I am not this creative with blood texturing... it will do for now.
