Testers found with delight that the roof can catch fire
When you let the testers run riot through the servers you quickly find some of the funny things they get upto!
Now do we let these sections catch fire through the Demon team deliberately setting it on fire or do we remove from the possibility through mapping updates?
Dont take away to much ingenuity of the code away. That would remove innovation and incur bordom.
depends if it costs to much fps or is overpowered for demons.
Setting the map on fire can be really strategic as you can limit where the humans can go. In my opinion it also looks really awesome when you're running around a room trying not to burn yourself (bonus points if objects slightly deform when on fire). naturally this would make the fire power much stronger and more hectic so i suggest you make it unlock during the later stages of the game.
The big problem of course is the performance, when small rooms get set on fire my FPS gets halved.
