This mod was called VaultFPS which was a small sized mod in which it gave you lots of overpowered starting weapons in beginning areas such as Vaul 101 entrance, Megaton, D.C. areas, and lot's more. Some weapons include the Badass Bat, Uber Pistol, Ban Hammer, and the Overpowered Sniper Rifle.
