The year is 2055, more than thirty years after the events of Zero Hour, Earth suffers a catastrophic collision with meteorites. Uses new technology, powerful defences and late game upgrades

UAN (United Asian Nations)
Uses powerful infantry and artillery attacks to overwhelm his enemy

AC (American Confederacy)
Uses powerfull ground forces and rely on steamrolling tactics, but have weak defences

WEA Advanced Technology Division
Specialized in photon and shock technology and uses the latest state of the art high tech weaponry

WEA Tactical Armour Division

Specialized in powerfull armoured units and uses hover technology for his tanks

UAN Fortifications Division
Specialized in fortified buildings and defences and uses heavy artillery and well-armoured tanks

UAN Intelligence Division

Specialized in getting a strong economy and uses hacking tactics

AC Field Support Division
Specilized in long range weaponry and uses aircraft and artillery

AC Assault Recon Division
Specialized in rapid strike assaults and uses high trained infantry

oh and i have and addition to the hack general maybe make it a opposite stealth general capable of knowing everyhting the enemy is doing(like having listening outposts all over the map) and can spot any stealth units(exept the hero's if there gonna be in there) a top 3 to eliminate function that makes tanks shoot at the most relevant target (for example a gla terrorist/bombtruck/carbomb)

Yeah we we thinking of giving hack general, now known as intelligence division, several stealth detecting units.

On the main EC page, half way down is the new plans for the sub factions:
