Since posts on Twitter (aka X) now require a login I thought I'd post a mini-update here.
E3M5, with tighter layout and path options that open earlier to cut down on playtime.
As of today I'm wrapping up the changes on E3M5 (Duck & Cover), which are in line with the broader updates I've been implementing (less spam, fewer keys). This and the map that follows took a little too long to run, but that was easy to fix in this level by blowing holes through all the walls in a different order and altering the path options (the museum layout is no longer symmetrical, for example).
Lots of fun changes were made for E3M1, and E3M2 is almost completely different!
I moved E3M4's hotel across the boardwalk and reworked the whole interior.
E3M6 & 7 will be challenging to update, so I'll post some more when I start to tackle that. Since Twitter is locked off I'll try to post here on ModDB more often. That's all for now!
P.S. I've also been working on an original FPS for anyone interested. :-)

Great stuff, I've been hoping to play this mod this Summer but I'm thinking I'll just wait, even if it will be next year.
I loved my last play through. I'll definitely be doing another play through when V2.0 drops. Keep up the excellent work, you clearly have a talent for this.
I was halfway through E3 and decided to just wait until the next update to replay the whoel episde since I know Bloatoid loves to rework entire maps every time he updates the mod :) So excited to finish this soon with the new updates!

No rush though, I'm just excited to play the new version of DW. Take as much time as you need, Bloatoid. ;)
No, it won't be done that soon. I've had to deal with some stuff (after I made that estimate last year) that's higher priority than my multiple gamedev hobbies, but progress is still steady. Episode 3 has also gotten more drastic changes than I originally planned (with E3M2, E3M6, and E3M11 being essentially brand new), which has also eaten up some extra time. Episode 4 already has 2 completed maps and 3rd that's mostly done. Ideas I originally had floating around for Ep4 were used for the E3M6 & E3M11 redesigns.
When is it coming out?
