Death Note: Source is a multiplayer Garry's Mod 10 GameMode, and based on feedback from our release, will be converted into a full-blown Half-Life 2 Modification in which players, sent by L, have been alerted that Kira is in the area. However, shortly after arriving, information is released that Kira is disguised as one of your own, you must cooperate with your team members to weed out the traitor, while trying to escape the area alive. Unprepared for battle, players will only be able to use improvised weapons randomly scattered in the area, while Kira will be fully equiped with his signature Death Note, ready to pick off players one by one from the shadows.

So uh did this ever get revived? The idea seems cool
If there is any possibility of this project being revived to Gmod 13 please let me know! It's a shame to see this amazing project go to waste. As of now I can't find any way to contact Switchback, his steam profile is offline and his email address no longer exists so this is my only hope. If I get no response for awhile and cant find a way to contact Switchback I will create a revival group on steam and completely recreate Death Note Source on Garry's Mod 13 keeping the same concept in mind. If anyone knows a way to contact Switchback please let me know, if I cant then I will create a revival group asap and will share it on this page. And if you see this Switchback please respond. Thanks!

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! Death Note: Source is far from dead. I'm sorry for the lack of updating. The Death Note: Source Development Team has been rather busy the last few weeks, which is the reason why we haven't updated. We are still hard at work, and still plan on making this great mod. Believe me when I say I will never let Death Note: Source die, not after how far we've come.
You can expect another update shortly, introducing new content!
