I recommend using ZDL.
D-touch I loaded it with d4t first and the add-on second
For some reason D-Touch always gives problems when loading addons,something I cant Fix, Sorry.

I dont see the numbers of damage
Thats not part of the Addon.
For the Numbers you can Either type on the console.
pukename damnums
or download damnums from zdoom fórums and load it along with the mod.
