You will get weapons only at the end of the mod so you cant fight zombies most time
But zombies are only at the end of the mod?
Theres Not Much Zombies Inside The Hospital But You Can't Fight Them 'Cause You'll Get Weapons At The End So You Must Run Away From them Until They Forget About You or Something Bad will happen To Them

I don't know why but this kinda made me remember Walking dead's season 1.
