Moria Infantry and Goblin Waylayers.

So, if the Orcs of the Misty Mountains faction takes Khazad-dûm, these will become available?
Yes, Moria infantry can be recruited from Khazad dum. Waylayers require thieves guild. They will also serve as general's bodyguard so you won't have to wait much to see them in action.
