Genetically enhanced traitor guardsmen led by a treacherous "colonel".
To be honest they don't feel chaotic enough. At least not as chaotic as their chimera with a dead marine and other chaotic signs. Maybe they need a more chaotic texture or objects to give that treacherous look, especially the colonel.
their fluff is that they "just turned to chaos" so they won't have as many chaotic bitz. that said, check out the colonel's bodyguards. they look like they're from the HALO universe. That in itself is HERESY!
