umm why is this nesceacry? o.O

for rape, why else?
is the spaceport able to have land based battles?. if so could there be multiple space ports or floating land areas that could have infantry units fighting?? and inbetween this, fleets of ships battling?
The spaceport is a building down on the ground, and what you see in the UI is the word bearers hq. Fleet combat is already a phase of DoC gameplay.
