Only in the David Hunter universe will you get to fight with such ferocity against an unforgiving foe! Solid walls of lead are unleashed upon unsuspecting foes with an unnatural fury, exhilarating bolts of energy sear across beautifully drawn arenas and a great many corpses line the battlefields.
Only in the David Hunter universe can you reveal your true skill in the ultimate arena, whether you destroy your foes with the mighty shotgun, immense 3 long pistol or the rapid firing tactical nuclear weapons provided by the Hawk MkII DBG.

David Hunter is the first in a series of four titles in this far fetched universe, and there are three expansion packs for this title due to be released – the expansion pack, the character pack and the unruly ‘screwed up physics mode’.

Something that's been in the concept works for ages, now made possible by the recent release of the Quake 3 Arena full source(Thanks Id!).
David Hunter: Clone Redux will start production sometime in early 2006 and will be a smaller, standalone version of the original with an incredible number of special features.
Although Redux will include 'Classic' gameplay from the original, as well as containing a lot of the lost media from the unreleased 'Character Pack' that was in production earlier this year, which will now only be included in Redux.
Redux's main feature is the new Tactical and Career modes, special game modes that concentrate more on team based play. Played across the same game-modes as Classic, Tactical and Career modes will allow you to customise your character, from your armour to your equipment loadout and will also include a number of other features designed to strengthen the requirement for team coordination.
The most prominent feature of Redux, Career mode will further enhance Tactical mode with a small RPG styling level-up system including possibilities for special skill and equipment accumulation, as well as injuries, bionic enhancement and even death in extreme cases.
Discussion is already underway into deeper thought into the production. Redux is set to be a solo project for myself (The Ambershee) with minimum outside team intervention, hopefully to produce a far smaller-scoped product with powerful emphasis on clean-cut multiplayer action.
Physical development is set to start on the 16th March 2006, which should be Shee Labs 3rd birthday, and could take as long as one and a half years to complete to aplha status, including opening of a special server for online gaming teams playing Redux.
