wow the money i would have to invest to buy a computer capable of playing this mod with maxed out settings..
As a person playing with maxed out settings, this doesn't look like it, I'd even say far from it tbh.
Most likely around med-high in this screenshot, I'd guess. Ultra doesn't even look anywhere close to as smushed and doesn't use low resolution textures such as these. The effects kinda look odd as well, not sure if that's the graphics settings or just me tho.
