Dark Forces Rising mod for Doom III

Dark Forces Rising: The Dark Trooper Project is a TC modification for Doom III that recreate the LucasArts game Dark Forces. It will be precicely recreated with attention to every single detail. Unlike other modifications, we will not make levels and items that apear to look similar to the original game, we willl be making them exacly as they were meant to be, but with the addition of apropiate environment modifcations that due to the time that Dark Forces was originaly made were not possible due to the technology available at that time. This mod will undoubtably outdo Doom III as a singleplayer game, and will most likely reign supreme above all other D3 mods. Production time for this mod is estimated to be less than 6 months. Members for this team must be proficient in what they do, this mod is not a side project, we are looking to do an astounding job.

Required members for this mod include:

- Mappers
(you will need to be able to take the models of original DF geometry and implement into D3 map editor, then begin revitalizing and revamping the maps)

- Texture Artists
(your job will be to take original textures and revamp them, as well as bumpmapping)

- Modeler
(not all high-poly models are available for free use on the net for this mod, your job will be to make what we can not get our hands on, and do high-poly work and acurate recreations)

- scripters
(your job is to assist the mappers in scripting for the maps, and other ingame neccecities)

- GUI Editors/Creators
(your job will be to edit/create new GUI's for this modification to be used in the various envirnments in this modification)

- Animators
(you will need to work on animations for environmental objects, characters, and weapons)
