DOOM 3 Essential HD Pack BFG Lite is a visual overhaul with HD textures and models, restored details from the original version of Doom 3 for the BFG Edition. Based from D3HDP pack for the original Doom 3 game, this pack is limited to the improvement of the models, materials and textures taking advantage of the newest RBDOOM3BFG and DOOMBFA engines.
Installation:
- Required a fresh installation of DOOM 3 BFG Edition;
- Install RBDOOM3BFG 1.3.0 or DOOMBFA, or the mod can't be played;
- Now update RBDOOM3BFG or DOOMBFA with the latest version as well;
- Extract and paste the folder "mod_D3HDP_Lite" inside DOOM 3 BFG Edition folder;
- Run the bat file inside "mod_D3HDP_Lite" to play.

Can I run this mod through Steam? I want to keep track of my Steam play time.
I just solved it. If you change the name of RBDoom3BFG.exe to Doom3BFG.exe and enter +set fs_game mod_D3HDP_Lite +set developer 1 +set logfile 2 in the Steam startup option command, it will also work with Steam.
What does the command do and benefits?
I'm not sure, I just typed the commands in run_onRBDoom3.bat into the Steam Startup Options console. sorry for bad english
I didn't know you ported THE best HD D3 mod to BFG! This is fantastic! One question though: is there a way to have Sikmod?
No way to get Sikkmod on BFG Edition. You need to use the beautiful RBDOOM3BFG instead.
Damn. Oh well.
Also, I noticed the game is periodically stuttering. Is this caused by your mod, or RBDOOM3BFG?
Speaking of which, are you planning to release your mod for BFA as well?

Answering both of you, I didn't notice any stuttering. I didn't test it yet on BFA, but it should be compatible.
Questions:
1. Is this compatible with the following mods:
- Doom 3 BFG Hi-Def (I will install HI-Def then your HD Pack)
- RBDOOM 3 BFG v1.5.0 (Latest as of now)
2. My laptop is under repair, what's the requirements to run Doom 3 BFG with your HD Pack. The reason I ask this is because of your HD pack. I know doom 3 bfg can be played by any specs (low to high).

Doom 3 BFG Hi-Def is not compatible with D3HDP BFG Lite.
Another report: Sadly, the UltimateHD where it makes the enemy AI better, gameplay, etc. is not compatible with your mod.
Suggestion: Can you make your mod compatible with others?
