The uniforms look a bit too clean. Other then that, everything looks good.
according to photos from 1938 were clean. :)
There is no reason why should have high-ranking officers dirty uniforms. Vice versa they keep they uniform in perfect condition. ;)
That, and high-ranking officers such as generals do not directly fight on the dirty fields as do most low-ranking soldiers.
