looks great! interesting design for s command center, odd looking, but still interesting, will it have built in radar (like USA) radar upgrade (like china) or build a radar structure?
Radar is already installed on the headquarters, and it will always be active. No need to build a separate building radar or purchase upgrade.

It reminds me of that scientist bunker from STALKER.
From what i recall those are supposedly deployed by helicopters.
