The one true Yuri no longer rides his magnetic platform. Instead, he hovers on his own telekinetic powers, pretty much wanting to show everyone how powerful he has become over the course of the war. He is able to manipulate the minds of a maximum of three subjects at a time. Unlike MasterMinds, Yuri knows his limits. He is also able to utilize pyrokinesis to literally create devastating infernos that can quickly burn buildings down to the ground. It seems that Yuri is now more interested in destroying his enemies than assimilating them like before. He is still unable to control wild beasts and can only rely on his captured pawns to protect him should he be under attack.
Note: This is the original Yuri Prime SHP from RA2. Still taking it into consideration...
Yuri-ko
He is nothing like her in this mod. He uses pyrokinesis and telepathy not telekinesis. The only thing which is similar is that he hovers on his own psychic energy.
