Once you've built a Technology Center, you have the choice to pick one of two researchable techs: Chrono tech or Cryo tech.
Shown here are two new units obtained from Chrono tech: the Jumper Tank and Chrono Prison, both of which replaces the Mirage Tank and Prism Tank.
The Jumper Tank utilizes it's onboard Chronosphere to teleport around the battlefield. Much like how the Mirage Tank uses optical disguises for ambush attacks, the Jumper Tank uses it's ability to teleport around quickly for ambush attacks as well. It's Chrono pulse gun is also a much stronger weapon as apposed to the Mirage's Heat ray gun, allowing it to take on most ground targets effectively.
The Chrono Prison is a very unique artillery piece. It is designed to support frontline troops by quickly and instantly removing enemy resistance. Its Neutron Cannon, a massive version of the Chrono Legionnaire's Neutron rifle, can instantly erase enemy units from existence. Buildings however, takes longer to erase.
