NEW FORCES READY FOR COMMAND
The GDI Kodiak CM94 is ready for orders commander, the reasonably aerodynamic design means that it is slightly faster than its predecessor back in 2070. This aircraft has been in development for some time now, and the only drawback is a lack of Laser weapons, though this is only due to a lack of funding, as it is too costly to apply Laser weapons without a suitable coolant.
We are addressing this by using a solid arsenal of AP rounds, though this is a temporary measure for the time being.
Be on the look out commander, the Brotherhood of NOD, or at least what is left of NOD, has managed to salvage a few of their old designs of the Salamander. Not a lot is know at this time, though it is strictly advised that your Kodiak's stay well clear of this threat. The AS/AA missiles are highly efficient against anything that isn't fast enough to avoid them.

The User Interface has now been fully updated for you, and the new colour scheme is not far from development. All Inter-communications protocols have updated. As you may be aware, the United Nations has decided that there is no further use or requirement for the Global Defence Initiative, and has therefore discontinued its funding and has resigned the GDI and its staff indefinitely.

One of our scouts has claimed that there is a Heavily Armoured unit that, from description, closely resembles the MARV. Surely this can't be the case, but don't take any chances commander, this isn't the first time that we have heard of our technology falling into the wrong hands.
