Have a guess what Upgrade I'm going to put on it.

Clue 1:
It's a Toggle Upgrade in Red Alert 3
Clue 2:
It features as its own Structure in Red Alert 1 and Red Alert 2

Should be obvious, but let's see who gets it right.
