I don't have 3Dsmax (or an equivalent). So I use Lego Digital Designer.

It is meant to look like a storm column, as it is a Man-made version (Not Scrin). It is a smiler weapon, as it has 3 columns in a triangle with 3 control beacons to ensure that no friendly fire happens.

Description

The Storm attractor is the most highest technologically advanced defence platforms. With exceptional range and the ability to take down any opponent be it land or air. There is two drawbacks: One is power, one fully upgraded power plant is needed to operate it as it has a 150 power drain to consider. The other drawback is cost, £10000 is needed for each platform and that's before upgrades. The stealth generator upgrade for this platform costs another 2000. So you may not want to rely on to many of these. The CCS have the best of the best but at a considerable price.
