i change it in skrimish.ini:P
actually, thats a more realistic budget for a war than.. 10000 :D It's generals' fault you can get a tank for a price of a good bike :P
I try to put prices like in wot (eg tier 10 tank cost 6,1mln) but here is imposible - it give an error...
