Description
The Gusary were Russia's answer to the Polish Winged Hussars, but never as successful. The first half of the century were a time of civil war and invasion by Polish armies, culminating in the occupation of Moscow and the enthronement of False Dmitry I. In response the Russians borrowed ideas of Western armies such as this.
