CWC is a C&C Generals Zero Hour Total Conversion and also works with "The First Decade". It takes place from 1980-1989 and features realistic units from the 80's. We want CWC to be a mixture of realism and fun. CWC is more realistic than vanilla Generals, with real life weapon systems and side specific characteristics. CWC offers 2 factions: Russia and USA. The Russians tend to use tanks and artillery (for example: T-72 / T-80, BM-21, 2S1 only to mention a few) while the USA rely on aircraft and high tech units (for example: F-15, F-16, F-117, A-10 etc.). Also we we have a lot of infantry in the game, not all of them are just cannon fodder.

CWC releases a new patch including a brand new map and the very first cooperative multiplayer mission.

Hello there!

A brand new patch is waiting for you to download it. Version 485 fixes a little bug in the Dawn of War map and comes with 2 brand new maps:

Schwarzwald (advanced skirmish):

This is a two player map. As you expect it from an advanced skirmish map, you can call in supply convoys (or destroy your enemy's) and can complete secondary objectives. This map even features a totally new type of objective that hasn't been seen before in any other map!

Final Surge (scenario):

As you might remember, the last patch introduced a new multiplayer game type, namely scenarios (in other words: multiplayer missions). So far there was only one mission in which two players could battle each other while having to complete objectives.

This time, it's different.

This time, we are proud to present something completely new.

This time, the scenario (Final Surge) enables you to play one of the single player missions together with a friend in a cooperative mode!
You are fighting as a small special forces team behind enemy lines to destroy the Soviet missile launchers. Only one player can plant explosives though, while the other one has to provide support with snipers and a medic, so good team play is necessary.

To play the cooperative mission, start a network game as usual and make sure both human players are connected. Then add one AI player as the last player in the list. By selecting the an easy, medium or hard AI you can control the difficulty of the mission. It is not important which factions, teams and starting positions are selected.

are you going to make the conquest maptype working with AI
because conquest is the funny's gametype

Probably not, because it would require quite a lot of work and with the possibilities we have, the AI wouldn't be very smart either. And unfortunately, there aren't many people who play conquest anyway.
