CWC is a C&C Generals Zero Hour Total Conversion and also works with "The First Decade". It takes place from 1980-1989 and features realistic units from the 80's. We want CWC to be a mixture of realism and fun. CWC is more realistic than vanilla Generals, with real life weapon systems and side specific characteristics. CWC offers 2 factions: Russia and USA. The Russians tend to use tanks and artillery (for example: T-72 / T-80, BM-21, 2S1 only to mention a few) while the USA rely on aircraft and high tech units (for example: F-15, F-16, F-117, A-10 etc.). Also we we have a lot of infantry in the game, not all of them are just cannon fodder.

Hey there,

now that the free world (whatever that is) has a new president, we thought it was about time to give you a new patch, too. Yes we can fix numerous bugs and still afford to spend some time on AI improvements. Yes we can release an update for the MDK that map creators will need to apply to any fan-made map to work with the new improved AI. Yes we can release all this for Mac and allow you to manually download the updates using the download-center. Yes, that's it for now.

Ok, what is your definition of easier? Because I've just tried the patch and there is no difference. The Easy AI in this mod is harder then the Medium AI in C&C 3. Seriously if you want to make the AI harder add new option to the AI list but for Christ's sake don't mess with the default options!

When you feel overwhelmed by the AI, simply add to your team a few "Hard AI" allies. This allows you to play just as you want while your computer ally keeps your enemy at bay.

I've tried that and the game lasted less then 5 minutes. By the time I was able to do anything my AI allies had already done most of the work. Anyway the AI can be made to be challenging without being impossible.

Well, people complain about the AI being too easy, others state it is too difficult. The AI that came with ZH was not challenging because it was highly predictable. We tried to change that and did so with some success. Next time, form a team with an easy ally to help you, if the hard ally is too powerful. Or, play online.

I would play online but I never seem to be playing when there are other people on. If there are people on they aren't playing mods.

I agree, though the AI is brilliant and I understand you get alot of people complaining about AI thats way too easy I think extra difficulties should be added on past hard, dont bring up medium and easy. Us more casual players suffer! Having said that I still think this mod freakin rules! Hats off to the production team!

P.S. I know I'm a tad late into the convo but I wanted to ad my 2 bob anyway.
