This is the LATv Mk.1 Light Transport Vehicle. It is designed to transport and support Airborne forces who can not carry heavy vehicles and equipment on operations. There are several variations like a Mortar Carrier and Command Vehicles.
This one is almost fully upgraded. It is not shown with the gunner cupola which still needs modeling. The vehicle is just over 3000 polys with the upgrades modelled.
Now the bones need to be properly setup and UVW maps made. Then on to skinning and animating :) Then finally ingame!!! :D

You know it's a game right? And you know stuff can't be too futuristic or powerful cause then the mod will SUCK?
But thanks for the advice. And BTW: The pics are from April. But they were the only reasonable ones on here except some concepts and pimpmygun guns.
And really, we South Africans know allot about military vehicles, our own for that matter. Which in many cases are some of the best in the world, especially against mines and IEDs.
Unfortunately, considering you're from Russia, I can't use an argument about you having to use South African vehicles such as the US these days. That's if you really are from Russia sir. But still, good thing you are from Russia, maybe you can help us with Russian concepts then?

Ok, maybe i was too critical. And we will wait antill you make the first demo, and discuss it then.
I want just to see a real good mod, with logical armies, with weapons that could be in future.... so... work hard and make a good mod =)
About concepts...just look at new vehicles from NATO or Russians or Chineese and you will see the main idea. BTW - Youtube.com (sorry for music) its our new tank T-95 and olso wisit - Rusarmy.com (about russians armored vehicles)

I LOVE the T95. It's awesome! Good stuff, really looks like it can beat a Leopard, I've always loved Russian tank designs. Mostly the turrets. It's like a "girl", one you can love. Not eye candy like the Abrahms if you know what I mean!
