can the spotter take the sniper rifle if the sniper is killed? And than get VASILICHARGE... would be cool

Russians should have three man sharpshooter teams then the lone sniper ace which can have a spotter with upgrade. ;)

Nice, very realistic that the sniper has a spotter. But how exactly are you guys making this in gameplay? When the spotter dies, does the sniper have longer aiming time or can he miss then? And vice versa, will the spotter be able to grab the sniper rifle? The second thing is very realistic because spotters are trained sharpshooters as well. And is the unit invisible?
Well, anyway, I'll find out in, what, one day when the game releases? :D
When the spotter dies, you no longer have access to Arty support (if you have the upgrade). Same goes for the Major, if the Major dies, the rest of the Command Squad becomes totally useless (no more light arty, charge or binoculars)
Most of the time the spotter actually was the better shot of the two. Armies put the better shot as the spotter because they have to calculate all the info to make a good shot.
