Man, his voice is close to perfection.
The only thing bothering me is a lack of 'bass' or for reference, when you select the rangers, you really get to hear them left and right while the valkyrie doesn't. It's more centered. An easy trick to this would be to open the file in Audacity, cut the channels, make one left, on right (and possibly add another channel that's centered with really low bass) so it would sound a bit more like the ranger sounds which are pretty darn good for a game from so long ago.
Also, I HAVE to say this;

Seems that my favorite strategy move making on USA(-Generals-(not the real USA)) putting a Scud Siege seems pointless now.

Even those things are so powerful to stop missile,doesn't mean they can disable GLA scud launcher superweapon right,or do they?
I think in C&C General, with enough Sam defense (like 40 or more), you can destroy some of the GLA scud (2 or 3) but you still end up being hit by the rest of them, as it is a superweapon so you can't avoid it. (if you could negate it totally with so many Sam defense or laser defense, then it would lose its meaning as superweapon and then, only the chinese nuke or the laser superweapon would be useful)
